"I’m not one to write reviews, but after another terrible experience, I felt it necessary to write a review. I was waiting to write this after I slept on it, but I feel I’d be doing other patients a disservice if I didn’t share my experience. * ”YOUNG” PATIENTS BEWARE * After a bad experience at this practice postpartum in 2022, more cardiac issues came up this week and my PCP needed me to get in with my cardiologist. I gave this practice the benefit of the doubt and returned. If you are 30 or under, I urge you to search for cardiac care elsewhere. This office, whether a Dr. or a NP, they will not take you serious. They will dismiss you because you’re “young”. Worse than that, they will not educate you. They will tell you it’s unlikely you’re having cardiac issues at your age. I promise, there are cardiologists out there that will take your symptoms seriously and listen. They do not do this here. I told the provider I am confused, and they didn’t even respond to me. I came in for having an elevated heart rate (140 bpm) upon standing. Dizziness, tunnel vision, near fainting spells. They told me my issues aren’t cardiac related. They said at 30 years old your heart can be 190 bpm and be considered normal. However, the nurse told me if my bpm sustains 130 to go to the emergency room. I have young children, so I’m on my feet often. My grandmother passed away from A-Fib, my grandfather had a triple heart bypass, my other grandmother is in the ICU for heart issues, and I myself have 3 leaky valves and a recent history of bradycardia and tachycardia. So regardless of my age, I should not be dismissed because I am young. Please do your research and consider my review before going to this practice. I’ve found a new practice who also stated my experience was unethical, and I feel relieved knowing I will never walk into this practice again, nor recommend anybody I know. Stay safe, and educate yourself. Heart health is important, regardless of your age."

"All they care about is money not the actual patient. Never had to Write a review for a drs office. They will discharge u if u can’t afford a bill. Never had a drs office do this to me. I’m in disbelief"
