"Went to this practice because of word of mouth and with a high risk pregnancy. Poor communication, does not listen to patients. Did not listen when we explained our specific genetic considerations. My wife received an abnormal test result and three days later had to call multiple times to find out any information about it. Instead of a phone call or any information, a prescription was called into the pharmacy with no explanation. Was not responsive to questions and does not respond to questions when sent through mychart or called into her office. Despite being given assurances all doctors will respond within 48 hours, zero communication from this doctor. Awful experiences every time any attempt to get any clarity or care."
