"While I will say Dr. Cooper and Dr. Amos have been great doctors, there seems to be a lack of care and concern for patients- whether within the staff or in relaying information. As much as I love my doctor, I need to feel like my well being is important and will be looking into a new office after this baby."

"If you want to build rapport with one doctor, this isn’t the place for you. You’ll have to be seen by all of their providers. So you’ll have to explain anything that’s not churn and burn, every single time to someone new. They’ll read your chart instead of getting to know you as a person, they will put inaccurate case notes. Clearly showing that they are not listening to you during your appointment. 10 out of 10 do not recommend."

"Had a male OBGYN here. He could not tell me any methods of STI prevention I could use with other women. He didn’t know what a dental dam was. And when I was getting an IUD consult he told me that IF I was a man it would feel like a fishing line string (obviously women are incapable of having fishing as a hobby so they wouldn’t be able to understand that comparison). 0/10 worst gyno experiences I’ve ever had."

"All of the doctors here are wonderful. Most of the nurses are pretty nice as well, but oh my goodness the receptionists are terrible here. There have been a few days that I call at all times of the day, just trying to get ahold of someone and NO ONE will answer. Have to sit on the phone for 5 minutes, goes to voicemail, and no one ever returns my calls. I am pregnant and have been spotting with possible infection, I sent a message and Dr. Herman requested I call the office to move my appointment up ASAP, and they DO NOT ANSWER. Absolutely impossible to get ahold of them, and I can't just leave work to drive 25 minutes to go and talk to them."
