"I went here in December of 2022. Dr. Dargin was a wonderful doctor with great bedside manner and I was excited to continue to have her as my Doctor. She kept me on the birth control that I've been on since I was 18 and I have had no problems with controlling my ovarian cysts. Last year, I moved addresses and changes medical insurance. I reached out and spoke with someone regarding these changes. Imagine my surprise when my pharmacy tells me that this doctors office is ignoring them and refusing to refill my prescription. No problem-it's probably because I haven't seen them for a while, so I reach out today 2/15/2024. The woman on the phone was as nice as she could've been but actually said to me "oh she's probably not gonna refill it because YOU haven't come seen her in so long." Which prompted me to ask, well why have I not been reached out to regarding setting up an appointment? before I'm just literally cut off my birthday control in 2 days... I put out the request over a week ago for refill so they really did just ignore it and not follow up. She said it's because they did not originally change my address when I called last year, they also did NOT update my medical insurance in their file either. So they have been sending letters to my old apartment. I have apparently slipped through the cracks of Dr. Dargin's patients. I'm sad to have to look for a more reliable doctor's office that can stay on top of administrative and clerical documentation. It is what it is, disappointing."

"Dr Dargin is a wonderful doctor and person! I trust her and feel very comfortable with her ! She delivered my first baby through covid and even though I was so scared and stressed she made sure I felt good and have a very good experience !"
