"I am so thankful I have found this doctors office. I have gone to 4 different doctors at different practices requesting to be tested for fertility concerns and nobody would test me because they considered me a young healthy female that looks able to get pregnant. Finally after 3 years of exhausting my options, I reached out to Dr. Friesen who did not question me once and went ahead and tested me right away and believed what I was saying when it came to the concerns of not being able to conceive. She was the one doctor that found out I had both PCOS and endometriosis, and we treated these diagnosis right away. After being with Dr. Friesen for a few months, I finally became pregnant after all these years of trying and not knowing what was wrong with me. In the next week I will be delivering my first child with her and I am so excited. I appreciate that she actually took the time to listen to me, and made my feelings validated. I am so thankful for her!"

"In the past some of the office personnel were completely rude but I kept going because I liked my doctor. That doctor left the practice and I had to see one of the other doctor’s. If I hadn’t waited so long to see her, I would have walked out. Completely insensitive, and very obviously irritated that I was there (literally asked me why I was there.) I could go into a lot more detail, but the bottom line is, save yourself from waiting to go see someone that makes you feel like you’re speaking to a female Hitler. I hope she gets the healing she needs from whatever makes her feel she has to treat people this way!"

"Wow, I honestly don’t even know where to start about how horrible this place is. My wife and I move from Grand Rapids to this area and needed somewhere to go. Over the course of our move my wife missed a month of prenatal care (really not a big deal she is not high risk). After this the clinic tried to set up all these unnecessary test (3 days a week for the last two months of pregnancy). My wife said okay and started going, it really became a pain because we have a 1 year old she can’t bring and asked to cancel the appointments that weren’t necessary. They refused to cancel any of the appointments so my wife decided to quit going. After this they send us multiple bills for all the tests my wife never even needed. This is the crazy part: THEY DIDNT EVEN UPLOAD THE TEST IN MY WIFE PORTFOLIO AFTER CHARGING US FOR IT. Then wrote non-compliant patient on her. When we showed up to the hospital we felt that we were getting treated weird and didn’t understand until a nice nurse finally told us what was going on. Now the hospital has been drug testing my wife and baby, and CPS came to our room. But wait there is more. After my wife had cancelled her appointments she tried to call again and get one a couple days after her due date and they refused to schedule her. Needless to say I am contacting a lawyer and they will be hearing from me soon."

"Very nice and clean office ! Has so much potential to be great. - I am currently going through my first pregnancy and me and my s/o are so excited! We are eager to learn and make sure we are being thorough with this pregnancy. After the first visit I felt 10x more stress than excitement but decided to see it through. After my next two appointments I still did not feel any better about the office- everyone seems so cold & not personable. I felt like I could not retain any information because every visit has been so rushed. I seen 2 doctors out of the rotation and 1 ultrasound tech. Two visits were with my s/o, and for my anatomy scan I was with my mom and best friend. All three have witnessed the strange atmosphere. Between the feeling of having so many unanswered questions, weird communication, and leaving stressed from the appointments, I decided to switch to a new office and even within my first intake appt at the new office I feel so much more comfortable and I am so glad to not dread the office visits anymore."
