"Always a very long wait time. Its such a hassle to pay with your debit card and no insurance. Every time they try to charge me more than once, lose track of what ive paid for... And the receptionists are always soooo rude. Im almost 20 wks pregnant and i will be switching OB's completely. Im done with IHA. This office is awful and the ypsi one isn't much better."
