"I went here last year early in pregnancy. They mis-scheduled me and had me down for another appointment right after my first. I told them that it was a mistake but they apparently didn't remove the incorrect appointment. I called the doctor a couple weeks after my first appointment because I was experiencing a miscarriage. She berated me for asking to be seen and not remembering that the office was closed that day. She also berated me for missing my last appointment (the incorrect one that I already told them about). All this while I am freaking out during a miscarriage. When I went in for a follow up appointment a few weeks later, they didn't know why I was there and started to prepare me for an annual examine. I had to explain in the exam room that I was there because of a miscarriage. I would NEVER recommend this doctor and office to anyone. They also called me today (a year since i was there) telling me I owed $300 and it was about to go into collections. I was never told of this TILL TODAY! Edited to add: I called my insurance and they already paid the office (women's life cycle) so I call the doctor's office back and told them and they basically said "oh ok, you're good". wish I could do zero stars."

"I had my first baby this Nov 2023. Dr jyothi N treated us well explained us clearly from the start of my pregnancy what to restrict and what not to. She went out of the way and did my delivery at henry ford hospital west bloomfiled when her prefered hospital was beaumont dearborn and wayne. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a good OBGYN."

"In short, you spend more time with nurses than the doctor in the clinic. Seems like the doctor just hops between patients during the appointments. We thought that maybe it's just one appointment and gave the benefits of doubt, but we had the same experience with all our appointments during the first few months of our pregnancy. Another big red flag is the doctor does not seems to listen to you, but comes to conclusions so easily. Seems there is always confusion going around. Not recommended."

"I don’t usually leave reviews but I am writing this to make sure people are aware of her practice before making an appointment with her. I am a health care provider myself and I treat my patient with respect and dignity. I had the worst experience from this physician. Office staff were really nice, however my experience with Dr Nichanametla was horrible. I am not sure how she can still be practicing with such horrible service to patients. I went to see her for pelvic pain, and as I was waiting in the room, she entered and start working on Pap smear. She would not even look at my face, introduce herself, or ask me any question about my concern. She didn’t explain the procedure simply put on the gloves and asked me to open up my legs for pap. She didn’t even think once she is treating a human body and should have some respect for her patient. As soon she finished, she started walking out and when I told her about my pain, she told just take some Tylenol and Motrin that’s it. She did not inquire about my pain location or type of pain. When I asked about any testing, I was asked to just go to my PCP for any test. I was shocked the way I was treated with no respect for the human body. I guess she runs this clinic just to make money by doing procedures or surgeries. As I was leaving the office, I felt bad for a lady in the waiting room. I am not sure how you can call her a doctor when she has no idea how to respect her patients or their bodies. I wanted to cry as I was walking out of the office. I saw how the staff were looking at me as I was walking out and I knew they felt bad about how she treats her patients. This is a horrible physician who should not be practicing with human body, instead she should work on non living materials like puppets or mannequins. I wonder how come she still has a medical license! PLEASE AVOID THIS PHYSICIAN AT ALL COSTS AND RUN AWAY FROM HER PRACTICE IF AS A PATIENT YOU THINK YOU DESERVE SOME DIGNITY AND RESPECT. HER BEHAVIOR IS PATHETIC AND SHE IS EVEN MORE SO! SHE SHOULD NOT BE PRACTICING MEDICINE! I DOUBT SHE COULD TAKE CARE OF A PET ROCK MUCH LESS A PATIENT."

"Horrible experience!!! I would NOT recommend to anyone. If I could give -5 stars I would. Once I made the decision to move to another OBGYN (which is absolutely to the decision of the patient!! & the clinic has no business asking me questions on my motive.) they stopped answering my calls. I called numerous times to transfer records & talk about billing issues before I left. When I tried to transfer records over the front desk lady acted very smart with me & didn't help me at all. Once my new OB received her records weeks after they were written on a blank piece of paper just signed with no reports or ultrasounds. My new OB even questioned her way of care and asked why she put me on the meds I was on. They then tried to bill me for unnecessary things. Very unprofessional!! After telling me they would take care of things they did not, instead they just made them worse. I am so happy that I moved from there and again would not recommend to anyone."
