"I give two stars because I have gone to this business 3 times and the first two times were great, she did everything I asked and my pup looked great. However the last time I went I was very disappointed, the groomer didn’t cut her hair the way we normally did it, I know hair grows back so I’m not too upset, and dogs aren’t exactly easy to groom, but when I came home and got a closer look at her haircut, I noticed she has two bald spots behind her ears and a pretty significant cut on her front left armpit, the groomer never made me aware of this, and when I called and texted her, I never got a response back. I would like to get a refund for this appointment but I can’t get in contact with anyone. I am very displeased with the whole situation, when it could’ve been easily avoided with a simple conversation when I came to pick her up."
