"Let me first say the staff was real helpful and friendly. Good people. It’s an older location and there were stains on the floor and couch in my room. One of the shower soap dispensers was totally empty. There was no lotion on the counter like you typically get and had to request some. When I checked in I asked for the room to be cleaned on Thursday, which was day 2 of 3 day stay. No one ever came and cleaned the room. Got a fruit cup and parfait at breakfast and had to throw fruit cup away since there was mold in it. Not ideal at all"

"I came to this hotel for a family vacation with my children. We got there and I was charged $350 for a $180 stay so that bored me. I work for hotels as well and never seen anybody charged that much. The first room I had smelled like mold and the pull out matter had brown stains all over it and there was no way in hell I was letting my children sleep on that. So I went to check out the front desk lady didn’t say sorry or anything or really acknowledge the issue when I showed her the pictures. She just offered another room I took the other room because I wasn’t about to ride around at 12am looking for new hotels with my four daughters. The 2nd room smelled like mold as well and the tv didn’t work. So I checked my kids out as soon as I woke up. I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels and I worked for Hilton, Marriott, Holiday, Comfort Inn, Staybridge before and there’s no way I would of treated my guest like that or put somebody in a room that wasn’t pre-checked by the housekeeping manager. With the condition of that mattress, I would have refunded the guest their money back because it’s unacceptable and there’s no excuse for this. This isn’t Marriott standard I know for a FACT they’re better than this because I’ve worked for them and I know. This makes Marriott brand look really bad. I’ll never stay here again and I’ll make sure everybody I know doesn’t either."

"What makes this Courtyard special is the staff. They are professional, courteous, and super helpful. Everyone from housekeeping, to the bistro, to the front desk.. they were all great! The afternoon before my departure, the front desk person arranged a reliable 5am shuttle to the airport for me which substantially reduced my stress level. Kudos to the employees!"

"This is a hidden jewel! The front desk staff was efficient and patient. Of special note...the housekeeping team working the second floor during my stay on 10-10-23. They were engaging, hospitable and did it all with a great big smile! They should teach these skills to others in their occupation across the Marriott brand!"

"This Courtyard is an absolute hole. The glasses in the room were all filthy and stained, obviously not washed or washed well at all. Air conditioner smelled mildewy and irritated our airways. The couch appeared freshly stained as well. The towel hanger immediately fell off the wall depositing all the clean towels on the floor. The floor was stained and sticky. Management is nasty, and was witnessed arguing with a number of different guests. We’re not talking about going over and above here. Just the basics. There’s tons of hotels nearby that actually value you and your money and treat you like an actual guest in providing the minimum level of service. I suggest you pick any other nearby hotel and you’ll be better off. There’s plenty to choose from. Not to mention this is a sprawling maze where different people are seen wondering the halls looking for their room. All around a very unpleasant experience. Save yourself the trouble."
