"Probably the best cinema in the Detroit metro area. Fully reclining and even heated seats, clean and well organized. Most amazing is the service however. During the commercials before the movie they had to resync the audio. Took maybe 5 minutes and the movie had not even started, but directly a staff member walked in to the theatre and gave everyone a free voucher for another movie. On top they even offered anyone who did not want to wait the 5 minutes a full refund. Really above and beyond. Never seen this level of service anywhere in decades of going to the movies"
"Loves this movie theater good customer service skills once you enter they movie theater it's very fancy too the seats are nice love how they remodeled the theaters as well love the vibration of the seats love how the employees welcome you when you walk in to they theater love how they are very helpful when you ask if this movie is worth watching etc....good place to take your little ones for a nice family outing love how the automatic pian that plays good fancy music love how clean the bathrooms are this will be my go too movie theater to come back too"
"Trailers finally started 10 minutes after the official movie time listed. The actual movie started 17 minutes after listed start time. The theatre screen next to ours was showing some monster movie or something with crazy loud sound effects that bled through to our theatre even at the loudest times in our movie, and was absolutely intrusive during the quiet times of our movie. I can only assume the wall is not insulated/sound proofed properly. They advertise having heated seats - mine was broken, and it was very cold in the theatre. As for the positives: the staff were all very nice, polite, smiling, seemingly happy people. The seats were quite cushy and comfortable - if cold. Bathrooms were clean stocked and appeared well maintained. Parking was convenient even on a Saturday night. The digital quality of the picture was fine, no issues that I saw."
"Great theater in a blink, and you miss it location. Screens s and sound are great. All the seats are comfortable and reclining. My go-to choice for theaters!"
