"Dr Cox has an amazing bed side manner she took her time to go over all my results. She never rushed me and gave me time to ask plenty of questions. My surgery went better than I could have expected. She made sure to visit in the hospital and was very encouraging at my post op appointment. I highly recommend her"

"I have never been as disappointed in a care provider as I was in Dr. Cox. I made the appointment based on a recommendation from someone who said that Dr. Cox was very encouraging for women to self-advocate and educate themselves about their bodies and their health. Instead, when I asked about a medication, which she planned to prescribe me after talking to me for 30 seconds, and said I would like to read about it, Dr. Cox was clearly offended. Her demeanor was immediately rude, condescending and impatient. She left for me to get undressed and when she returned, I apologized for questioning the prescription, but it was clear that she was done with me. As I was in the stirrups, she questioned me as to when my last pap was. I was not sure. I just knew I was due. I had to send my complete medical records to the office before I could even schedule my appointment, so I assumed she had the information she needed. So, as I sat with my feet in the stirrups, feeling belittled and dismissed for wanting to know what kind of medication she was prescribing, she says "Are we doing this or what?" I left her office in tears. I have never had an experience like by a doctor. To top it all off, she never even wrote the prescription because she was so irritated that I asked what it was and suggested I wanted to learn about it before I took it. In retrospect, they called a few days before my appointment to ask if I could come in early due to a schedule conflict., I asked if she would be rushed and if I should just reschedule. They assured me that was unneeded. I can only hope that Dr. Cox's manner that day was based on her feeling rushed or overwhelmed and that my experience was not one that anyone else would have to endure."

"Today was my first visit with Dr. Dayna Cox. Her front desk receptionist was friendly and helpful...her Nurse/ Assistant was welcoming and thororugh ..and Dr. COX was pleasant , friendly , informative and gentle. Thank you for helping me to feel comfortable in a new office."

"I'm only giving one star because the receptionist who checked me in and out was very friendly and made me feel welcome. Dr. Cox immediately came off rude and arrogant. She kept arguing with me telling me that there was nothing wrong with me and that what several previous doctors diagnosed me with was inaccurate. She made me feel like everything I was telling her, about how I've been feeling and what I've been going through was not a big deal and it was just something I would have to endure for the rest of my life. She said if I wanted to have an x-ray done to show if there was scar tissue blocking my tubes from being open, which would explain the infertility issues that she would only request for one if I was absolutely sure I wanted to get pregnant right now. She was extremely rude to me and I literally left her office in tears. I've never had a physician treat me the way she did. I will never be returning to see her ever again. She had literally no bedside manner or any compassion for that matter."
