"Absolutely disgusting rooms, so outdated it feels like you'll fall through the floor! No microwave, fridge, or coffee in your room. My socks were black from the filthy floors and there was hair all in our shower. I'd stayed in my car had I known how gross this place is"
"I was bummed out that the $38 online price translated to $89 after fees. I wouldn't expect anything for $38 but even at $89 I would have at least liked a bit of quiet at night. People were in the hallways or in their rooms with the doors open, taking loudly, blasting their TVs, and I won't even bother with the loud sex because, well at least someone was getting some. A guy kept barfing out of his adjacent window and the radiator heater was so hot that I had to open all of the windows in the room to exist in there. Cold have been worse. At least there was a bed and a bath tub."
"The hotel was unsanitary to say the least. While some of the rooms smell like cigarettes, others, like room 410, are infested with bed bugs. When I asked the front desk about the issue, I was told that they "do not check the rooms." Furthermore, some of the clientele staying at the hotel can seem quite... interesting as well. While initially I gave this place a chance because it seems like the management read the review and had taken steps to address the issues, it was clear you can trust them as much as you can trust Riad Salameh with public fund. All in all, while the room rate is cheap, it is honestly worth paying $30 extra to go down the street to a more established hotel just to avoid it."
"I was treated like royalty in this hotel. The price is perfect. When I had small issues like can't find the remote they came to me. Like wow! Beautiful room loved the bathroom. Bed was so freaken right not too soft or too firm. Slept like a baby. Recommend highly"
"There was roaches all over the room, the room in general was not what was advertised, the floors were so sticky that we couldn’t put our items down, much less walk without our shoes sticking, the elevator was sketchy and honestly terrifying - how this was allowed to be used for the public is beyond me. There were no blankets, just a sheet and all the pillows were disgusting. My boyfriends shoe accidentally got pushed under the bed and when i grazed the ground with my hand, it was so unclean I (not jokingly) scrubbed and bleached my hands. There was no trash bin and no mini fridge. No microwave either but we weren’t expecting that. The main light didn’t work, and the one lamp was plugged in behind the bed, so whenever you moved on the bed, the light would flicker. Total fire hazard. The safety latch on the door was beyond broken, and there were holes in the bathroom door. The water pressure for the shower was non existent, and the room, even though the hotel is advertised as non smoking, reeked of cigarette smoke and weed. The staff wasn’t friendly, and whenever we walked in and out of the hotel, would constantly interrogate me and my mother if we were guests and needed to show our key room to prove so. Horrible horrible horrible stay. 10/10 do NOT recommend."
