Pebble Creek Apartments

"The worst apartment I've ever lived in, and for nearly 1600 a month it makes NO sense. Do not move here. You can hear your neighbors talking, walking, opening their windows, flushing their toilets and god forbid someone knocks something on the floor it sounds like something is going to come in through the ceiling. Within the first month of moving in we had our hot water tank go bad, our dryer AND our air conditioning. Our garage hasn't had power in weeks, we had plumbing leaks from above and *I* had to investigate to fix it because their maintenance manager Rob is absolutely useless and told me he couldn't figure it out. Both my neighbors cars have been broken into, one was straight up stolen. We have been been here 8 months and CANNOT WAIT TO LEAVE. There's a pond in the back that I absolutely loved and is a major reason I moved here. Don't let it fool you, there are geese and ducks living in the pond that attack us in our own back patio and poop on and wreck all the area around the pond. The office ladies are literally the only good thing about the place. They are sweet and are trying their best and know this place sucks. Don't move here. Shelby Oaks is better than this."

"Lived here a year and was impressed by how efficient and nice the office and maintenance crew were. They are older apartments, but were very reasonably priced. The only reason I moved is because of very poor sound insulation from units above. The upstairs neighbor's walking soundes like a herd of elephants. If you can stand the noise, this is a great place to live. You can't find very many apartments at this price point that have single stall garages either so that's a plus too."

"Really great staff. Kathy is always so friendly and helpful when I call the office. Rob is super nice and always helpful. We have had to have a couple big repairs this past year (just time wearing things down, not lack of service), and each time Kathy and Rob have been so helpful and communicative. We have lived here for 4 years - every summer I start looking at other complexes "just to see" and there is nothing out there that compares to full size washer/dryer and a private garage. The staff is so nice, there is no reason not to stay! Plus, my cats love the ducks that visit! :) Really happy here and super happy with the staff!"

"Pebble Creek has been an Awesome place for me and my family to live. The staff is so friendly, professional, and an absolute pleasure. Anytime I had an issue it was resolved quickly. The grounds are kept well, I am blessed to have a beautiful tree right in front of my balcony, I sit there for hours! It’s quiet and I am close to malls, grocery stores and just about any restaurant I can think of. I have been here almost fours and I love it!"
