"The staff is friendly, the location is quite good, many restaurants in the area. The hot breakfast is okay but the fruit is never fresh, and that’s really bad. Bananas are brown, oranges tasteless, apples not that good. And every time I come to this hotel I have a key problem. It has to be reset every single day. Please fix it."

"Rooms were well worn, but clean. I was moved to a different room for damage to the tile flooring in front of the kitchenette in the room. Tubs were worn and had rust staining. Noises from the heater were obnoxious. Left my tablet on the top of the bed sheets by mistake and it was shattered by the cleaning staff. Management kept telling me they would contact me after getting ahold of the regional manager to reconcile the issue. No word in five days. Just blowing smoke to get me to go away. Not happy with the treatment. Clearly wasn't just dropped given it was in a closed flip case. lost all my data from it. Location worked well for my business trip. Edit: The owner replied to my review with an apology. My response is to talk to the manager Jason to attempt to right this. Saying sorry did not repair my tablet unfortunately. My information is with your staff that I was in contact with the entire duration of my stay."

"I stayed one night and enjoyed a king-sized bedroom and pigged out with a hot breakfast! Outside, you'll see the snow making its way to the Holiday Inn. Everything was clean and comfortable. Thumbs up to all the employees that made it that way!!"

"Everyone of the staff i spoke with was very friendly. The hotel is clean. The rooms online must have been a remodeled room. Because it looked a lot nicer than the one i got. It had a desk, but no chair. I had a living area without a television. There were three coffee pods, all decaf. The coffee maker worked when it wanted. And the shower had little to no water pressure. I literally had to use a cup to rinse off one morning. The worst part was...the tub didn't drain. So I'm standing in a pool of my dirty water."

"The hotel and rooms are clean and nice and the staff is nice, but the heat/air has this unbearable loud noise that you can’t turn off. When I hit the off button. The heat part turned off, but the noise stayed on and it blew cold air. There was no other way to turn it off without unplugging it, but it had a special unique plug, so I didn’t want to do that, and it was connected to the thermostat, so even when turning the thermostat off, it was still loud and noisy. It was so annoying, it honestly ruined my stay. I couldn’t even hear myself think so I couldn’t do any computer work like I had planned. It was miserable. But again, everything else was nice, even the breakfast. Perhaps the hotel can fix the heat problem. It was nice and warm for this early winter, so the heat wasn’t the problem, just the loud noise. I gave them 4 stars because there’s a potential that they can fix that."
