"My room is clean no bugs The only problem i did have was the flies were coming in while i was cooking, I had bought some fly spray and it took care of the problem & I let Susie know Maintenance came and fix the window other then that i haven't had anymore problems. It's affordable and right by the job and Grocery Store I would recommend this comfortable motel to anyone"

"Homey feeling and cute motel. Loved all the rooms I stayed in but room 13 was definitely my favorite. Friendly staff and a great host. I'd would recommend this motel to all my family and friends"

"After we abandoned the crowded mess of a campsite that was chain o lakes campground, Suzie saved the day and got us a room at almost 11pm! She and the rest of the staff were lovely, and the rooms were nice and clean. Will definitely be coming back when we hit the UP again!"

"Booked a room here for a week stay while being up to visit someone, & I had visited and stayed here a few times before. Upon arriving, after a 12+ hour drive, was informed by owner that my reservation had been cancelled. Reason given was that the person I was up to visit & this motel owner had gotten in an argument, and owner didn't want me there. Not only that, but this decision had been made for me and WITHOUT me the day before I drove up, yet I had no phone call or email informing me of this. So I arrived at end of a 1 day/12+ hour drive ready to stretch & unpack, only to be told I no longer had a place to stay. Luckily another place around the corner had a room i was able to rent for a week. Argue yourself on whether or not an owner has the right to just cancel a reservation for a petty reason, but no informing a repeat visitor/customer of that until they are LITERALLY in your front office/lobby is just the epitome of unprofessionalism."
