"Absolutely adorable! Great place for a mid-winter getaway! Located right at the end of the street, walking distance from Short's, Bee Well Cidery, Mammoth Distillery, and the most wonderful little bakery and coffee shop (Ruth Ann's). Check-in was done completely through an old-fashioned phone on the front desk - no staff members in sight anywhere at any time. This was a little strange at first but then I loved it. The 6 person outdoor hot tub was fantastic, and the pool tables and recessed sitting area with the fireplace inside were inviting and fun. The Dunes Room on the main floor was comfy and cutely decorated, and had a good sized mini fridge and access to the front porch. The only things lacking were: a trash can in the room, a ledge to hold shampoo, etc. in the shower (apparently only our room lol), and maybe an extra blanket for the bed. Other than that, 9.75/10, highly recommend!"

"I'd like to start with: we will be back and will stay here again. We came to celebrate my mom's 50th birthday and Torch Lake was a place on her bucket list. The atmosphere was beautiful, calming, cozy. The outdoor space is so relaxing and you can experience some local wildlife along the little river. We got food and brought it back a couple times just to eat out on the porch. The rooms are quite cute and clean. The location is perfect to walk the streets of Bellaire or to drive to surrounding areas. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience."

"My husband and I had such a nice time enjoying the amenities here. Lovely service and great place for such a quaint town. We especially enjoyed being able to walk to dinner and drinks! We highly recommend the Venetian Suite Room and the White Pepper sandwich from Short's Pub!"

"This place is right out of a Hallmark movie. I can't say enough good things about it. My wife and I boated to Bellaire from Elk Rapids and stayed the night. The inn is so quaint and beautiful the pictures don't do it justice. The building itself is clearly quite old but so tastefully remodeled and maintained. We loved our room and could walk to several restaurants on the main street. The setting was great with the river and the room and bed were very comfortable. We will absolutely stay here again."

"My husband and I and our 2 dogs stayed here for a quick over night stay as a stopped point on our way back home and we are so glad we did! This place is a little hidden gem! Super cute and quaint, beautiful view of the river from our room, we stayed in the Garden Room and absolutely loved it. The hot tub was perfect for the cool night and after being on the road all day. The shops are all in walking distance, not a lot of places for the dog to run around but they did enjoy playing down by the river. We will make a point to come back just to stay here. Staff was friendly room was clean, it's very layed back. Perfect little get away for sure. Side note, the staff is super hands off, we liked this, but if your one to like to see staff or want a top notch luxury hotel with giant rooms and fancy buttons this is not your place, this place is a step back in time, it's not for everyone but for those who like a simple, home-like feel this is your spot!"
