"Our family was lucky to find this place for our "Up North" trip. We rented four cabins and found them to be clean, well-maintained, and had enough to allow for meal prep. We ate Saturday Night at the restaurant on site and were pleased with the food, drinks, and service. We are hoping to come back!"
"Went to get food and was flabbergasted with the prices was planning on enjoying a night out with my girlfriend and said whatever I don't care don't worry about the price just enjoy the food and luckily she said absolutely not that the prices were crazy let's go somewhere else. I guess I'm a lucky guy lol but 33 dollars for an 8 Oz stake wrapped with bacon is starting to make me feel a little woozy. Didn't get to try the food but the gentleman that greeted us was very polite as well as our waitress and it looked like a very nice place"
"Restaurant Customer: Not like the old Bob's Northern Pines! The only good thing about the restaurant is the same old view of the lake! The fish somehow managed to be both completely dried out texturally, yet still served on the plate in a pool of water, no seasoning at all. The green beans had no seasoning at all. The only thing edible was the (likely bulk bought) dinner roll. I am guessing that "Chef Mike" does a lot of the cooking around here these days. Prices are out of control for what amounts to a microwaved dinner. Service times were not good for a completely empty, rainy summer weeknight. If this place wants to be a bar, with bar food, fine. Just get a pizza oven and a deep fryer and limit your menu."
"Our waitress was wonderful! Our wait for the food was at an hour and there were only 3 other groups of people waiting. The food was average to below average. The prices were high for such average food. We won't be going back. I had a BLT, easy to make. For 1$14 it should have been better. My daughter had a chicken salad. It was lettuce, chicken, and croutons. That was it, for $19. It was all very bland, no flavor."
