"Absolutely! Horrendous!! Had Daniel for 4 years. Everything started out great and I don't know what happened but the office completely fell apart. The secretary that answers the calls is the meanest rudest person I have talked to, Daniel doesn't return emails, or phone calls. He's impossible to get a hold of. Now for the best part I switched agents and they were able to save me $900 a year. So I don't know what Daniel did for me if anything, but I cannot recommend him. I will not recommend him and I suggest you find a different farmer's agent."

"Ashley was my agent. My bill was returned due to insufficient funds and I decided to cancel the policy. Upon doing this I was told I would be refunded for the unused days. I cancelled the policy three days after the bill was returned and never told about any debt and was never sent any other bills. Several months later I received a bill from debt collections for nearly the entire policy amount! They refunded me less than half the policy for three days, hit me with a steep reversal fee and I never got word about it until they sent it to collections. When I asked Ashley about this she ignored me."
