"Where do I start!! My pup Milo absolutely loves the resort!! The staff is absolutely amazing with him, he has such a great time being indoors and outdoors! Their hours make it super easy to drop off and pick up I 100% recommend AAPR to everyone in the Shelby Twp area and beyond!!"
"I like them, but they can be really irritating at times. I’ve made reservations over the phone, but some reps refuse to do it. They tell you that you have to do it online. The first time I tried to do it, the person who answered the phone kept blowing me off and I almost went with another kennel, especially since she did not give me the information I needed for the online form. Another problem occurred when they charged us for the dog’s nails, but never did it. To their credit, they tried to fix it the following week, but barely did the nails. The front desk clerk said she tried, but he was not a fan so they might still be long. Yeah…that’s an understatement. If you’re looking to get your dog’s nails done, save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. Considering how expensive this place is for boarding, they should have a consistently smooth process that meets their clients’ needs every single time. That being said, the one thing we really like about it is that the dogs get to play every other hour. If it weren’t for that, we would be somewhere else in a heartbeat."
