"For more than a year I have worked with the CVS at 21 Van Dyke. I've been taking the same meds for years, yet this particular pharmacy can't seem to get them straight. Today they insisted they had a prescription for a medication I've taken for years, but this one was for a different dosage and from a doctor I have never seen. The clerk insisted the prescription was for me. I refused to pay for it. I've been told by several clerks that I have two files and they've repeatedly assured me they would fix that - they haven't. For some reason, they can't seem to get automatic refills straight. They either try to refill it way before I run low, or tell me my doctor hasn't responded, which when I speak with the doctor, am told this is not the case. They also are very erratic about sending texts when a prescription is ready. I am having my prescriptions transferred to another CVS and hope for more competent service."
