Two months ago I asked that they cancel my policy momentarily until I was able to get a new vehicle and while discussing my cancellation I asked what the policy was on accident forgiveness. They never got back to me about my inquiry and canceled my policy anyway without informing me that this would cause accident forgiveness to no longer cover my wreck. My rates for 6 month coverage jumped from $878.70 to $1,491.86. I am now stranded in another state, unable to get a car, while everything is shutting down across the country due to the virus."
