"Dont think going thru a local agent is better. Worst customer service ever. Went thru with him as parents and grandparents had used him and recommended him and now they regret it. didn't get the insurance I needed so wanted him to call me to fix my policy, to no call back for weeks. I got a better faster response from a bigger company then a local agent like Glen Neely, plus 40 dollar cheaper with smaller deductibls. Im really disappointed.. So I would recommend saving time and money with going through another company."
