"We have visited this “ hidden gem” multiple times over the years -often in the winter to snowshoe. We enjoyed Labor Day weekend this time ..the lake was beautiful for kayaking . Mandy is the newest manager and is a delight to talk with. Always a wonderful stay and hard to leave !"

"This is a GREAT place to stay. The food is excellent and cooked by an outstanding chef. The accommodations are well done and the beds provide a restful night's sleep. Staff are attentive and there to help with any needs. The lake and property are just beautiful and so peaceful. Well marked hiking trails with information signs along the route. Boats and kayaks available for exploring the lake and fishing for big bluegill and bass. This place is one of the best kept secrets in Michigan! I HIGHLY recommend this location."

"What a lovely place. Our room was cozy and warm on a January snowy evening and so very comfortable. Our room overlooked a beautiful lake surrounded by trees with the occasional deer walking about. Breakfast the next morning was divine. What a wonderful place to stay. Staff were so accommodating and cordial. Can't wait to return."
