"I stayed at the Knight's Inn in Traverse City and it was during the week on a Tuesday night and Wednesday night. I would rate my stay as a 3.25 or 3.5 out of 5 stars and would stay again. For the price of little less than $100 a night during the week, I felt it was money well spent. Some cons: My mom had an issue with the service as she had forgotten Shampoo and her room had an empty bottle and she asked the service to bring her some and they either didn't have any or they forgot. Also, although it was not an issue with me as I just used the wi-fi for my laptop in my spare time, the TV set up is bad. They used Spectrum and there was only 1 channel you can choose and the remotes wouldn't work. Pros: Bed was very comfortable and I slept great. The suite has a hot tub in it, ideally for one person if you want to stretch your legs but 2 people can fit. Just a heads up, the bubbles only last for 15 minutes. But the water was nice and hot and great after a long day of hiking. Shower worked well. There's a microwave and a small refrigerator. Wi-fi worked pretty well. Although I cannot comment on the continental breakfast, they do provide one which is nice if you are on a budget. FYI: If you are older and have trouble getting around, I'd recommend a first floor room because the rooms are in separate buildings and the stairs might be a bit challenging. Overall, for the price and the good night sleep and the adequate hot water I got and a working wi-fi, I would stay again."
"Great location for downtown. Parking ample. Front desk was friendly for giving recommendations for dinner. Room was super clean. The cons...beds are pretty firm for mattress. Shower did not have any soap...note to management , get bottles where cleaning staff can see levels of soap and conditioner. Also replace toilet seat in room 207."
"We haven’t stayed at a Knights Inn and weren’t sure what to expect but admit to being surprised how nice our room was, we just needed a basic place for a night. Also the staff is super friendly with great recommendations and someone offered to carry my luggage upstairs which was not expected and really nice."
