"My room was very quaint, and clean. The owners are super friendly and very chill. The place is right across the street from the lake. There's a fire pit and chairs right on the lake, where you can watch the sun set. Very nice and dog friendly too!"

"We booked a cottage at the Green Buoy at the last minute, due to our other accommodations suddenly canceling our stay the weekend of our wedding. Turns out we were lucky to be able to change our plans, as the Green Buoy was absolutely perfect. The quiet and romantic cottage was adorable and had all the needed amenities. The kitchenette was great, I appreciated the private grill, though we were too busy to use it. The bed was very comfortable. Wendy, the owner, made us feel so welcome and we felt like she was included in our big day given how involved she was in making sure we had everything we needed for a perfect weekend. We loved our stay and would book again in a heartbeat!"

"Spent 4 days at Green Buoy - loved it! The house was absolutely charming, everything was clean and fresh, and the beds were super comfortable! Sitting out at the water was so relaxing. And we loved the list of local sites and attractions that was included - Gravity Hill was cool! Wendy and Dave are great hosts, very responsive to questions, and helpful. Definitely recommend this as a great getaway!"
