"Great little old style hotel. Great laid back atmosphere in an old style hotel. Room we stayed in was clean. Complete with a mini kitchen area, with fridge and microwave. Owner was super friendly and went out of her way to help with what ever she could. The ONLY downside of this place was no AC, so on a hot day, the room could get a little stuffy. We stayed for 3 nights, with our dog. We were up there for the trails with our side by side. Great fun trails, and this place is at a convenient place to enter right across the streets. Also has 2 restaurants/bar and a convenient store all in walking distance. Great views as well."

"Absolutely perfect! The owner was kind, attentive, accommodating and treated us like family. The room was very clean, quiet and the view was beautiful! Two nearby restaurants, one next door, the other just across the road. Both have amazing food and service. I LOVED this place. Small town America at her finest!!!"

"The skyline employees went and above and beyond for my husband and I! The hospitality was amazing and we are so appreciative of them! We were stuck stranded on the highway 2 mins from them and at MIDNIGHT the owner sent her son to try and give us a jump, he got out of bed for us, unbelievable and so rare nowadays. The jump was unsuccessful so he brought us to the hotel, gave us a discount, and then brought my husband to try and find a way around paying $300 for a tow. I’m absolutely awestruck and can’t even say thank you enough."

"The location was very good. The rooms were clean. The beds were not the best. They were thin hard mattresses but they did put a 3 inch foam top to make it more comfortable. There was no a/c but the evenings were cool so it was not that bad. Even though it was low 80s during the day. We stayed here because it was close to the beach and it was less expensive. If that is what your looking for I would recommend this place."
