"What a relief. I’m so satisfied with my experience with this agency I’m tempted to say “For all your insurance needs GO JUMP IN THE LAKE!” Seriously, they combine expertise with reassuring therapy-like explanations that make you understand what you are paying for and why. I came to them with a complicated set of conditions including two brand new drivers (twins). They got us insured quickly and on the road. When the kids moved away they quickly adjusted my insurance downward. Whenever they see a cost savings opportunity they call and a check comes in the mail promptly. They always insist that expediting claims is their specialty and while you always deal with the home office of the insurer on claims Lake has your back on scary claims. I’ve not had any claims but Jeffrey and the rest of the staff are proactive about assuring you that there is a team beside you not just an office that takes your money in return for indecipherable paperwork and junk mail. Their referrals for other kinds of insurance are high quality. On their recommendation a contact totally transformed and upgraded my medical insurance. On second thought it’s hot today…. Insurance issues? Go jump in the LAKE AGENCY!"
