"For the price point, it was very good. Some of the best customer service at the front desk that I’ve experienced. The rooms are what you should expect. It’s old and not updated. But most importantly, it’s clean. I would stay here again."

"The pictures used on booking sites for this place must be super old. The rooms are run down and very dated. We rented a suite with a jacuzzi tub. The tile around the tub was cracked all over and in poor shape. Fortunately, we thought to turn on the jets before we got in. There was a rust covered substance that came out. It was pretty gross. The carpet was stained all over and looked 40 years old. The bed was not a pillow top but an old innerspring mattress that was very uncomfortable. The provided sheets and blankets are cheap and thin. The light fixture in the bathroom was covered in years of dust. The carpet under the bed, under the dresser, and nightstands was disgusting and hasn't been cleaned in years. The building itself is dated, dirty, and covered in spiders. The pool is "under construction," and it looks like it's been that way for a long time. This place may be cheap, but not cheap enough considering how rough it is and how terrible the beds are. Take your money somewhere else."

"Booked this place for the pool and hot tub which of course were both clearly closed for awhile as there was construction rubble and mounds of dirt surrounding the perimeter. Bummer. We were given coupons for buy one get one breakfast at a place with very bad ratings and reviews so we opted not to eat there. The front desk person was very nice. Basic amenities for a motel. Felt like a pretty safe location. You could hear highway noise until around 10pm when it quieted down pretty well. Anyhow. Average. Not bad but call ahead if you wanted to use a functioning pool or hot tub."

"If I could give this place a ZERO, I would. Lets start talking about the room. There was an overwhelming odor of mold which never left despite having the air full blast and the window open for the 3 days we stayed there. The room service was ZERO! I asked for an extra blanket, and watched the clerk write it down, but never received it. The next day, I had spilled some tea on the sheets. I assumed when we returned to the room around 2 pm, that the room would be cleaned and the bedding changed. Nope! My husband went to the front desk to request the bedding to be changed, and was told that there was no way that would be happening. I then, went down there to request the same. I encountered a very rude women (long gray braids, August 18th) who was threatening to call the manager, and would not accommodate this. I finally said to just give me fresh linens, and I would change it myself. This rude encounter lasted about 15 minutes while she was yelling at me from across the room. We left to go have dinner, and when we returned, the bed was finally changed. The pool was under construction. The pictures of the rooms on your site don't reflect what was actually going on. Let's not get started on the "complimentary, buy one get one free breakfast." We again encountered rude, and unacceptable behavior. The waiter never came to the table to check on us. I couldn't find our waiter, so I asked another server for 2 cups of hot water for tea. She never got it or told our waiter that we needed this. It took forever for him to return to the table. When the breakfast came, my eggs were COVERED in oil. I had to soak it up with paper towel, and the hash browns looked as if they had been sitting on the grill for hours, and was cold. We waited and waited for our bill but never saw our server, so we went up to the front desk where we again encounter that over waitress who never brought the hot water or told our server our request. We told her that we were ready to check out, and she told us to go back to the table and wait for our server to bring the bill. We told her that we were ready to go, and maybe she could let him know. She stomped her feet, rolled her eyes, and whipped her hair around as she turned to walk away. The bill should've been 16.99 plus 2.99 for coffee as we got the same breakfast and it was buy one, get one free. The bill was 38.00 which made no sense. It turned out that the bill was 28.00 and some change which still didn't make any sense since it should've been 18.99 plus 6% tax. We finally just paid it as we were tired of the rudeness. This was supposed to be my birthday weekend, and this experience has soured us on ever coming back up here again!!! Wouldn't recommend to my dog!!!"

"This is an older, well maintained, economic Inn. (Thunderbird Inn). Close to downtown, but very peaceful and quiet. Rooms are older, however exceptionally clean. Plenty of nice towels, good water pressure, shampoo, conditioner and lotion provided, and very friendly staff. Pet friendly, $25.00 for your entire stay. We stayed two nights and would definitely stay here again! My only suggestion is that they fix the plugs in the rooms so that they all work…connections were loose and wouldn’t hold the prongs."
