Fish Creek Beach House

"We have been happy and loyal customers of the Beach House for the last 10 years- it's been our home away from home! We have stayed their countless times and have had nothing but excellent experiences until this last trip under a new owner, Mackenzie. She skyrocketed the prices while the quality of the stay and customer service plummeted. Renter beware: If you're looking for a relaxing stay with peace and quiet, this is NOT the place for you. She changed the flooring in all the units, making it very loud- you can hear EVERYTHING. We were up until 4 AM listening to non-stop, heavy footsteps from people "vacationing". We ended up having to cut our trip in half because it was so chronic and disruptive. When we informed the owner that we would have to leave and asked if we could get a partial refund due to our unfortunate circumstances she said she would strongly consider and let us know, however she ultimately came back saying that we would have to eat the cost of it all. Horrible customer service. The previous owners were always so lovely. They were also always dog friendly, however the new owner is not, yet failed to put that on her website. As a repeat customer, you would never know. Such a downgrade for ownership- what a shame. The only thing this place has going for it is the location but the bad far outweighs the good. We will never go back. Save your money!"
