"Best hotel in town. The staff are friendly, the kiosk personnel are also friendly. The hotel is sound and easy to stay in. The coffee is great, and the breakfast is superb. Every room has a mini fridge and microwave. The rooms are clean, and the beds are comfortable. The price is also great. If you are traveling through, don't get distracted by the other fancy labeled hotels, this hotel is top notch and they take the time to make it safe and comfortable. would feel confident recommending this hotel to anyone."
"We booked a king room. After getting checked in via a video kiosk we carried our luggage up to the 2nd floor to our room. There's a hole in the bottom of the bathtub! It looks more like it was drilled rather than chipped. Another traveler said she's convinced there are cameras in the bathroom. My husband suspected the same thing!! There was long, dark hair on the bathroom floor that doesn't belong to either my husband or me. We called the manager(??) to come and look at the hole in the tub. He said he had previously plugged it. He didn't seem concerned about it but did offer us another room. For someone who's in the hospitality industry he was a long way from being hospitable. He was argumentative and combative. He called my husband an expletive (something probably not allowed here)! I mean we are the guests who paid for a room that is not acceptable and he's mad at us????? We did not stay there. For 45$ more we stayed in a clean place (very nearby) that has fresh food for breakfast, is a fresh and clean facility, and does not have holes in the bathtub."
"DO NOT STAY HERE! Apparently, everyone got the memo but me. I booked this hotel because they were pet friendly (similar to another reviewer) and I travel with my dog. I never saw a single person in this hotel. There was no front desk staff but a kiosk that took 15 minutes to get connected to a person. The kiosk tells you to talk to onsite staff when it's having connection issues. There are literally none. The building looks like it's falling apart and the inside is no different. My room was overall fine. The only thing that really bothered me about the room was that the bathroom floor was sticky. I had bought clorox to clean the floor before my coworker reminded me that just because I had booked a room didn't mean I owed the hotel my soul. Between the time I checked in at 12:30 and the time I left at 6:30 my car was the only one ever in the parking lot. There is no security. I was in the end room and anyone could have walked in the side door without even a fob. You can't convince me there weren't cameras in the bathroom. The best choice I made was not even staying the night. I'm looking for a refund now and we'll see how that goes. I have never felt so unbearably unsafe in a hotel. I will never not read reviews before booking a hotel again."
"I booked this hotel because they permitted me to bring my dog. She's a large dog, but very well behaved. I'm so grateful for that. The room was clean and nice. I felt safe in the room and had no problem with the property. However, the check in process was horrible. I called the day before I stayed to find out what I needed to know about bringing my dog. The person I talked to tried to charge me again for the fee I already paid for my dog. I had to explain to him how to read the bill and showed him where I already paid. Then again when I checked in at the kiosk, she tried to charge me again for my dog and I had to break down the bill for her, explaining where to look to see that I already paid. She checked me in for one day when my reservation was for 2 days. I called to fix this and she told me it was fixed. However when I came back to the room, my key didn't work. I went downstairs to explain the problem with my arms full of stuff and my dog on a leash, and get a new key. I went back up stairs and that key didn't work. I went downstairs again with all my stuff and dog. It was a huge pain. I understand the kiosk and need for it, but the people manning it need to have appropriate training to do the job you hire them to do. The room was clean and comfortable and I could bring my dog. I would stay there again if the check in process was refined. Generally when I stay in a hotel, I ask front desk for recommendations of places to eat, activities to do, and you don't have that feature that makes a hotel personable. I'm happy to discuss this with management if you'd like. Loraine Stewart, check in 9/29/2023 and check out 10/1/2023"
"The staff were playing cards and chatting in the lobby, did not indicate that I needed to use the kiosk to check in, completely ignored us until the kiosk started talking after 8 min standing at the counter. No problems completing the check in, cards worked first time. I don't have a problem using a kiosk, but I do have a problem with the attitude of Bob who complained and insulted guests who were confused or unhappy with their experience. He's here to take in the money and do the bare minimum or less. Bathroom wasn't clean, room smelled terrible. It's great you have a cash cow in this building, but maybe don't hang around bragging about it and copping out while doing nothing to make people feel comfortable."
