"Excellent, flexible when our flights home got changed, very appreciative we were able to have our dog stay later than expected."
"Great experience. We have boarded our Beagle Lab and French Brittney at CCB for two years now, after moving to the area. We could not be more fortunate to have found such a well accommodating facility. Both of our dogs just love Denise and are always happy to leave us behind. We are always recommending CCB to our friends."
"This Kennel is simply the Best in the Copper Country. Excellent customer service, very pet friendly, great location as well as prices. Highly recommend."
"We boarded our 11 year old dog for 4 days...he receives a med 2 x's every day. Denise was so kind and accomadating to our dogs needs. We will absolutely use Copper Country Kennels again in the future!!!"
"I boarded my husky here for about 1 week due to a last-minute hiccup in plans that left little notice to get him in elsewhere. Following his stay, I unfortunately could not recommend Copper Country Boarding to anyone for a handful of reasons. PROS: Upon arrival, the business/home looked very nice and the owner seemed nice as well. The prices were also very affordable at $18/day. CONS: There was no way for pet owners to see the kennels themselves and their conditions. They did not seem to be very comfortable with my dog, as there was very little greeting and they took him to his kennel before he felt comfortable and safe. During his stay, the owner failed to contact me about my dog having eaten part of his leash which was attached directly to the kennel. I voiced my concern about this and the owner just replied that it had "never happened before" at their kennel - which I find unlikely given how long their website states they have been in business. They also did not call to let me know that the medications he needs occasionally did not seem to be working. He has taken those meds for years and there has never been "no effect". I would have been even more concerned to bring a pet absolutely dependent on medications to this kennel. When returning for pickup, the driveway/walkway was unplowed. Once my dog was brought out, he seemed really skittish and was cowering a bit. This is not behavior I have seen of him after a kennel visit as he has always loved being boarded. There are other kennels in the area that have provided much better care of my dog and I will not be returning to Copper Country Boarding, LLC."
