Cottage Inn Pizza Ann Arbor Broadway

"Turns out we should have read more of the reviews before ordering from this location because as others have mentioned, the food is not safely prepared and the two of us who ate the pizza and breadsticks last night are now sick while the one who didn’t eat it isn’t sick. Such a bummer because we’ve never had issues at the other cottage inn locations. Order with caution!"

"First time customer at any location of Cottage Inn Pizza. No dine-in at this location. Late Sat night and only one employee on duty. He was busy taking phone and in-person orders, making and packaging pizzas, and working the register. He was abrupt and borderline rude. No welcome greeting, no information offered to new customer, and never even smiled. No thank you for coming. He seemed stressed. However, the Smokehouse Pizza (pulled pork and bacon with Robinson's BBQ sauce) was very good. The crust was soft and chewy. I will try the brand again to try more of the selection of gourmet pizzas. I'll try a dine-in location."

"I love cottage inn the restaurant itself but everytime I order from this location specifically the food is so under cooked and undone I get sick every time I can’t always tell if it’s undone till I try it and then boom my breadsticks are pretty much just raw dough dipped in a pound of butter which makes the box get soggy. I’ve literally only order from this place three times because it’s the closest to my job and everytime I end up having to call off my next day of work because I’m up all night getting sick. I also have to make a comment for whoever my delivery driver was yesterday literally added a tip for himself on the check like literally asked if I wanted to add a tip and said how much and started writing it down on my receipt I was dumbfounded like you were already 20 minutes late and now your pretty much just taking a tip (which I did put one on when I ordered the food)"

"Cottage inn Broadway is one of the best for carryout. We live in farmington and I refuse to go to the cottage inn in that city. The drivers (farmington) always drive like they're in Nascar, they always smoke with orders in their car and it's just not good. So why do we get carryout from the Ann Arbor location? Because once again my kid is admitted to U of M and there's only so many "guest trays" a parent can handle. It's ridiculously easy to order online and out of the 5 orders we've placed at this location since 12/22, we've never had a wrong order. Their drivers are fantastic at following the complicated delivery instructions; food delivery is only allowed at a certain entrance and the customer has to go out a certain door to pick up their order. I've never had a driver just leave our order unattended in the lobby (looking at you, door dash!) The drivers are always on time, if not earlier than expected. They are also always so kind and great at communicating and texting to confirm one if us is at the entrance. When you have a kid admitted to the hospital, it's those little things that make each and every order hassle free. The food is always piping hot and we've never not received extra sauces or had any issues with the food. Keep up the great work, cottage inn Broadway!"

"Everytime I've ordered from here the pizza's have been ready by the specified pick up time and are always correct. They have a great variety of options including vegan cheese and vegan meats. Price is reasonable for the size of pizzas they offer. Never a wait for pickup even at peak times like Friday and Saturday night."
