"Food was great. Didn't get my bread and oil. Had to ask for it. :( The restaurant is brighter than I remember. So points for that. All in all, a good if not great experience."

"Won't return because the restaurant is not what it used to be. While we were eating, the floor was getting swept around us which should be done after hours unless there is a big spill or break. Food-ware in their dishwasher bins were getting dried on the bar when it should be hidden from customers. Sauce for the pasta entrees were watery and the salad dressing tastes weakened as well. When asked to stop sweeping around our table, staff stared and spoke about us from afar as if we were in the wrong. Don't want to eat dust and dirt tossed in the air by brooms and really don't want to relax not watching staff drying dishes glasses or silverware at the bar. Wish the food was worth the money at least."

"My first time eating here. Food was great! Our server "Marshall" was even better! Very attentive .We wanted for nothing! He brought refills without us asking. I'm looking forward to coming back here during the week to get the lunch special! Five stars!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"The first time at this establishment and this Italian cuisine restaurant wasn’t bad at all, I’d compare it to something like cousin of Olive Garden, similar but they got their own thing going on. We arrived early in the day, possibly just after opening so it wasn’t super busy with people. The staff was wonderful, everyone who came to our table was helpful and kind. Proportions of the food were good, a little on the large side, so if you don’t finish you might have leftovers. We ordered starters and our own entrée. The food was hot and ready to go. The food was good, and I wouldn’t mind coming again someday and trying something different. Clean Restaurant, modern Italian inspired decor and plenty of parking for anyone and everyone!"

"Another wonderful dining experience for our anniversary. 3 out of the last 4 years (thanks Covid) we have visited Carrabba’s in W. Lansing to remember our first date and celebrate our marriage. Every time we go, we have gotten excellent service and the food has been amazing. If you get a chance to go, hopefully your server is Brad T. - he’s fantastic and has taken care of us on multiple occasions. Unfortunately he was off today, but Savannah was just as great. I highly recommend. Thank you Carrabba’s- we’ll be back again, especially on 4-7."
