I should have received a refund - Collections is now dismissed but they should have never inconvenienced me ... Go elsewhere"

"Absolutely no help, they turn quotes in days when I can go somewhere else and get it in minutes. There prices are outrageous! I inquired about auto insurance and they were charging me an additional $700 per 6 months for my truck, COMPARED TO GOING TO THE ACTUAL COMPANY! So if you're going to get insurance it's cheaper to do it through the actual insurance company because they charge more to make a profit, a huge profit...with crappy service... and an illegitimate management team. I would love to hear back from them after they read this, I bet you I wont. Will be contacting BBB about their practices, and the way they treat their customers/clients and employees. I also like how they have their family give them 5 * reviews on Google haha"

"Worst company ever they change their policy without telling you and increasing your bill and their agents are bad especially ((Tim Henderson )). plus the customer services are so rude they do not help at all and they hang up the phone while you talk to them. IF anyone wants a good company with no headache DONT ever go by them."
