"Just joined! What a wonderful owner who is the only woman-owned gym franchisee for Powerhouse in MI! She helped me and another friend join using our BCBS we did not even know we had through a cool program. Nice staff and great equipment and a very clean area. Plenty of free weights and equipment and you can wear a mask or not. Seems like a neighborhood feel as everyone seems to know each other. If you are a woman and want to support a woman-owned gym or just an ally to women, it would be so cool if you could support this gym and the owner by joining and tell others about it. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and fix a small mess we had when we joined another gym. Wonderful owner, epic gym. Join!"
"I’ve been going to this gym for about 3 years and I have nothing but good to say about this gym. High quality equipment, metal plates, excellent staff (including Henry), reasonably priced, and the members are friendly. If a machine is broke it is serviced ASAP. I highly recommend this gym."
