"Wait time takes forever. Answering machine suck. Always have to keep repeating what you said or the call drops and you have to deal with everything again! They ask you for a call back number but never call when it does end. They just keep passing you to the wrong person. Horrible insurance."

After paying over 3000.00 out of my own pocket for this prosthetic it just sits in the corner unused because of the pain it causes. Stck wearing my 6 year old beat up leg causing me more issues. "Always a nightmare and hassle dealing with customer service. Constantly having to repeat myself, constantly having to call back because my issues are not being corrected and I keep receiving bills for things I've already taken care of. Their customer service is just so poor and processing/handling times for ANY thing is always delayed. Don't recommend them at all."
"The phone support system is a total nightmare. Average wait time for me is always over a half hour. Always get connected to the wrong support person."
