"We used this kennel one time. They text us two days into our vacation wanting us to come get our dogs because they bark. It’s a dog kennel. They are dogs. When we finally got back to MI we let her know we’d be there around 8:30 and because she closes at 7 she informed us we would have to wait until the next day to pick up our dogs. She wasn’t going to tell us that our dogs were not welcome back rather we had to ask and her response was “not likely unless it’s a slow time of the year” it was a very nice place but super unprofessional."

Although she sleeps alot when we get her home. I think she is just happy to have her own room with some peace and quiet. VERY clean. Very nice."
