"I started strength training at Stomping Grounds when I was in my 2nd trimester of pregnancy. Scotty has trained numerous pregnant women and will provide alternate exercises for safety. I really appreciate that the strength classes are focused on heavy lifting and include exercises with the barbell, trap bar etc. It is a great class for beginners and for those who are advanced. Besides a great workout, I do enjoy the social aspect of working with everyone else at gym. It is a fun environment and it's the longest I've ever stuck to a program."
