Consequently, an unauthorized withdrawal of close to $1400.00 was made from my bank account. I immediately reached out to their staff on 03-03-2023 as soon as I noticed the withdrawal, but my account has yet to be credited even after 13 days. This has been an extremely inconvenient and disappointing experience for me, as I have not received any updates or information about when my account will be credited. I sincerely hope that the company addresses this issue promptly and takes steps to prevent such situations from occurring in the future."
