"Signed up my family to train here at the beginning of 2022, the experience so far has been amazing. The community is very welcoming and supportive. I have seen improvements in my families physical and mental health since we have started training at Metro. Children, adults, women,it doesn’t matter who you are or your physical limitations, the Metro staff treats everyone equally and genuinely cares about their members. My daughter recently went to get surgery totally unrelated to anything Jiu Jitsu and the Metro owners and teammates visited her in the hospital and were constantly reaching out to offer support and check on her progress. "My kids enjoy it so much! Great coaches and they treat you as a family. It’s expensive for me but they work with you and that is very rare. It not only teaches kids discipline but it teaches them they can do anything they put there minds to, which I try to also instill in my boys. I would recommend this place to anyone makes us feel at home. My kids are in the yellow and they had so much fun also."
