"Called about a part and they said they have it. Too bad they closed early, I got there at 430. Google says they close at 5 but the sign says 6. I rode my bike 5 miles to get there but now I'm looking for a different bike shop since they don't want customers."

"I purchased a bike here last year and had a great experience so when I finally decided to stop stuffing it in the car and purchase a bike rack I came back. I purchased a rack which they helpfully installed. There was a mishap ( Im still not sure what caused it) but the rack broke that same day. I went back to them and they helped me with a replacement and installed a new rack for me. My experiences with them have been excellent thus far."
