"I received and email on 12/29/2023 from David Steinhauer regarding my request for a quote from Auto Owners. Stating “ Hello Haley, I received an email from Auto-Owners Insurance co asking me to contact you regarding a quote for your auto insurance. I’m happy to work thru email or you are welcome to call us so we can get the information we need to quote the insurance. This is the information I will need to quote the insurance: · All drivers names and dates of birth · Home Address · All Vehicle Year/Make/Model & VIN · Current Liability coverage with Progressive · If you have Comprehensible and Collision o Comprehensive Deductible: o Collision Deductible If you want to call, when the automated phone system answers just press 0 and ask for someone that can take your information for an auto quote. Let them know I had emailed you. David I replied to this email with all of my personal information within an hour of him sending me that email. It has now been 11 days with no response. I have tried calling the office with no one picking up. Not professional in my opinion. Doesn’t seem like they care about new customers. I will be finding another agency who sells auto owners as well as letting auto owners know my experience."
