"Beware !!! I was sent there by my foot doctor. Had inserts made. Went back a few times to have them adjusted. NEVER felt right. Went in and had them adjusted and it made it worse. I was told I could get a new pair in a year. Called back close to the year. "Oh you can't get a new pair, 2 years not a year" " you can come back in and we can make changes to your existing ones" at a cost. How many time can they be adjusted? I'm hoping the arch in my right foot will stop hurting, I don't use the inserts anymore. The pain got to be to much wearing them. I massage them every night, and it's painful to even do that. I feel like I have a boulder in the arch of my foot."
