"Update: It has now been several more months and I still have not heard back from them! I did not get the attention I deserved from PKIG! How can you advertise that you do??? How can a company operate like this??? I can't recommend this insurance company to anyone for many reasons. I went to their website for a quote for both home and auto but only received a home quote. I requested a call from the online website and I did not receive a call until about 24 hours later. After talking to the agent he did email a quote for both home and auto but the quote for the home was over $1,100 more than their online website quoted me. I can understand some variance in costs but this is ridiculous. The agent said he would check this and would get back to me the nextday but it has already been Two day's and I have not heard anything. I tried reaching out to the owner and I haven't heard anything from him either. What a big disappointment!!!"
