This studio is not just another place to workout, it's a place of friendship, support, acceptance, challenge and fun! The owners Lisa and Donna make sure to offer a variety of opportunities for the health of their clients and are absolutely fantastic humans! There are tons of different classes to choose from all throughout the week, and they also host smaller events in studio as well. They are active in the community and have truly created a special environment and fitness family. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else."
