"Took my 13 y/o daughter in to check it out. She's recently become interested in fitness and self defense. After meeting Coach Tilly and having a chat with him, she decided that this was the class she wanted. We both started and it's been great. The coaches speak to everyone with respect and even treat my daughter like all the other guys in the class, instead of using kid gloves. She's learning a great deal and is enjoying it very much. But I'm most impressed with her recent surge in confidence and ability to break out of her anti-social shell. I'm also finding it to be a pleasant experience.
