"Update: Things got worse. This company was very quick to write a response to my poor review. However, they did not deliver and came up short again. In the response from Erika she asked me to call a number to go over what happened. I called and asked to speak with Erika but the woman said there is no Erika. I let her know why I was calling and she said she would have a manager from the center call me in 1-2 days. Well, it's been well over 3 weeks and I have not received a call. Original post: I’m very frustrated with this preschool. I called a month ago to inquire about preschool for my 3 year old. The person that answered the phone said yes we have space and she’ll have her manager call me back next day. I waited and waited and waited. No call back. So I called back. The person that answered the phone said they have no room and it will be months to get her in. I asked about being put on a waiting list and they told me it will be a $150 fee. Just wow! This place is very unorganized and that’s frustrating that they wanted to charge me $150 just to get a call back when they have an opening."

"We’ve had a great experience with Kindercare. The location is excellent and my daughter loves all the fun activities they do everyday. The communication from the staff is great and that’s what I really appreciate about Kindercare."

"Horrible place to leave your children. They removed my prior review. But essentially let my child go with someone and move her daycare against court order, which they were fully aware of beforehand. I was not notified and couldn’t find my child for 3 days! They knew where she was the entire time."

"Our son had the best time at this daycare. From his first steps to his first sentences, he was fortunate to be surrounded by teachers that truly cared deeply about him and provided a wonderful and nurturing learning environment. We loved getting pictures and updates throughout the day and were often briefed about the day at the pick-up. We are heartbroken to leave this daycare due to move to another city. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a great daycare in Fenton area."
