"I have been coming to FTU for about 6 months now doing the AM Bootcamp and Kickboxing classes with Christy and i love it! The classes are different everyday, which really helps me stay interested and engaged in my workouts. Christy does a great job of mixing things up while making sure you really get a full body workout each time. My biggest struggle with working out has always been motivation, but i find it easy to come to these classes consistently because the workouts are great (and so are the people!)"
