"The venue wasn't as cold as one would expect for an early morning in late February. The warming hut was a welcome sight. The bleachers are behind the home bench, but there is a large amount of standing areas all the way around the rink and there is the option to view the rink from the warming hut. The coffee and cocoa at the concession stand left something to be desired, but that's the only negative we experienced."

"Played the only game of hockey in my life as goalie, and took home the W. Such a unique rink, the skating surface is awesome. One of a kind ice arenas (at least in our area) are always highly rated. As kids we didn’t dread playing in the cold, we got excited because it felt like playing pond hockey. Just wish we could’ve skated here more growing up!!"

"This is such a great place to take the family if you are looking for something to do. I haven't gone ice skating in years and my 16 year old never has. This place is so family friendly. There was a worker out on the ice who helped answer my son's questions when he was trying to figure out how to skate/stop. He was patient and kind and didn't brush him off. The people that greeted us at the entryway were pleasant as well and they have walker type things that younger kids who are starting out can use. We ended up leaving after a few hours as it began getting packed, so apparently we aren't the only ones who think it's a great. Don't let the fact that it's not an indoor rink scare you. We are already planning on going again!"
