"I had an accident in November with one of their clients. I have not had any contact with the adjuster since the end of November. I have attempted to reach her many times. I leave voice mails for her. She has no interest in helping me. Then there was an appointment scheduled to have my vehicle repaired without my knowledge. I can't safely drive my van. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone that I know. Tey won't even write me a check for the damages. It's horrible how these people treated me."

"When I got this insurance I asked for same benefits and the same $500 deductibles that I had in my previous policy. Yeah when I called in a claim to get my trunk fixed, I was hit with $1,000 deductible in the winter kind that was supposed to be set up for me was never set up and had to pay a $50 deposit for the car and could only go 90 miles when I told them I have to drive back and forth from South bend to Elkhart each day to take my son to work. So my $50 was gone in 3 days when my car was in the shop for a week. I had to get a ride to the place to pick up the car and then there was no car available. I was stranded at the car shop and then at the car rental company so I had to delay put in my car into the shop until I got a ride to drop it off the next day."
